Story

Sparkling and joyful, Still Life was created by Olfactive Studio, a participatory brand run by Céline Verleure. Olfactive Studio is the encounter ‘between art photography and perfumery, between the eye and the nose.’ Chambre Noire is the offspring of a collaboration between perfumer Dora Arnaud and photographer Fréderic Lebain… A ‘luminous fragrance, like a whirl of bright, exotic cocktails inviting you to have a splendid time.’

Description

Still Life opens with yuzu, a small Japanese citrus fruit with dazzling notes. You’ll also find notes of elemi, peppers (pink, black and Sichuan), star anise and galbanum in this citrus-woody fragrance. The drydown reveals a touch of rum, intertwined with sandalwood and ambrox.
