A scent ‘as seductively sweet as a dollar sign’
History
Success is a Job in New York is the fourth fragrance in Bond N°9’s Warhol collection. Appearing on both sides of the bottle is an image of one of Warhol’s iconic subjects, the almighty dollar sign created by Warhol in 1981, while inside is a fittingly rich and beckoning scent Bond N°9 have named Andy Warhol Success is a Job in New York. Prophetically, Warhol’s first assignment in the 50s as an illustrator was for a Glamour magazine article entitled “Success is a Job in New York.” The title was later used for a book about Warhol’s early career. So here is the world’s first money-oriented perfume. But finally what is the scent of money ? Just like money, the scent is genderless. And it’s a rich scent… with warm and spicy gourmand notes. I love Bond No. 9's bottles - they all look so collectible. This one seems to be top heavy for me. The vanilla is adorable - not so much the coriander.

Le fragranze di cui e' composto, le conosco, giuro di non aver mai testato un profumo che contenga estratto di prugna, sono molto curiosa
