Two new men are becoming faces of fragrances: Fendi wil... Go
Bel Respiro is the name of the country house Mademoiselle Chanel bought in Garches in 1920. Described by Parisian visitors as a ‘bucolic paradise,’ Bel Respiro was open to artists and other friends of Coco Chanel. To evoke it, Jacques Polge wanted to recreate, ‘an ideally fresh and refined perfume.’ Bel Respiro is one of the in-the-know fragrances in Chanel’s Les Exclusifs collection, available exclusively from Chanel boutiques.
The fragrance unveils ‘dreamy smells from the garrigue (windswept Provençal hilltops redolent of wild herbs) and of fresh leather,’ paired with aromatic notes of thyme, rosemary and basil. Bel Respiro is redolent of daffodils and freshly cut grass too. Perfumer: Jacques Polge.
Eau de Toilette 2.5 and 6.8 oz.
A slender bottle with spare lines.
