With ORIENS, Van Cleef proposes a journey to the heart of sensuality and opulence. The top notes of this olfactory adventure include waves of citrus blended with red berries, which gradually yield to a more floral, voluptuous heart of sun-drenched and jasmine-y notes, before patchouli, enhanced with a gourmand praline, introduces the warm and sensual trail. History
Ever since they created their very first fragrance, back in 1976, the Orient has been a cherished theme at the house of Van Cleef & Arpels, a concept at the root of their inspiration. With ORIENS, Van Cleef & Arpels aims to recreate the olfactory splendor of the Orient in a bottle incorporating the codes of fine jewelry. Imposingly inspired by one of the house’s rings, it is set with a multi-color gemstone. Despite the name, ORIENS is not, olfactorily speaking, an oriental scent, but rather a modern chypre with oriental accents.

The ‘jewelry bottle’, with its orange hues, was inspired by a ring set with a multi-color stone wrapped in metallic leaves.

Je le porte de temps en temps depuis peu, il est loin d'être aussi fin et nuancé que First, en fait pas comparable, même si c'est la même maison qui l'a créé, mais il reste agréable. c'est un oriental très doux, pas écœurant, fin, discret et chic. Le flacon est vraiment une réussite. Van Cleef & Arpels est pour moi un très grand parfumeur à l'image des premiers Guerlain et de Lubin ou Miller Harris.

Absolutely stunning flacon! I don't remember owning any Van Cleef & Arpels fragrance. This sounds delicious and looks great.
