Description
The perfume’s opening has citrus fruit with a touch of spices. The pairing of jasmine and caramel in the heart reveals a slightly honeyed aspect before evolving towards a woodsy-ambry trail.

History
Ambry and balmy, ALIEN Le Goût du Parfum (“The Taste of Perfume”) is one element in a Thierry Mugler initiative: revisiting his four classic scents with a gastronomic touch. For Alien, the house decided to go with salted-butter caramel as a ‘flavor enhancer,’ in order to create a fragrance with a ‘carnal sensuality.’ To go all out with his concept, Thierry Mugler asked well-known chef Hélène Darroze to come up with recipes inspired by the four revisited fragrances. On the menu for Alien is a tonka-bean flavored ice cream, served with semi-crystallized pomelos-grapefruit topped with salted-butter caramel.

Love the original Alien. Bottle is one of my favorites ice cold. The pyramid is a draw for me le gout is definitely interesting. I want to try this one as I love the angel version. Chocobo hunting.

This was a much anticipated fragrance for all of us! We could barely keep it stocked on the shelves. Thierry Mugler has a unique way of designing his scents for a wide range of females & men. This essence goes right along side the Alien line. If is different, strong & demands respect from those who smell it on the user. I usually sold Alien to very strong willed Leader role model types who weren't so girly girl & omitted a low natural scent as it blended amazingly.

Le Goût du Parfum était ma version préférée d'Alien (flagrance que j'apprécie déjà à la base) car plus chaude et plus gourmande encore. Lorsque je la portais, les compliments olfactifs pleuvaient ; c'est pourquoi, je regrette que mon flacon soit désespérément vide ! Parfum exceptionnel !

Thierry Mugler caramel gourmands are different. So far, this one is much better than the others.
