Description

A soft, sensual and voluptuous fragrance built around a heart of patchouli (reminiscent of the designer’s youth). On top, lively and distinguished notes (lilac leaves, aniseed) open the way for a trail weaving together flowers, woods and seductive amber.

At a glance

Paul Smith’s third fragrance is a sparkling and voluptuous essence celebrating the free spirit of his favourite city: London.

History

After Paul Smith and Paul Smith Extreme, Paul Smith is back with a fragrant new duo christened London. The city – the English designer’s fetish – has been bottled in a playful harmony of colors, shapes and scents. The packaging, at once classic and modern, is striking: the deep-red bottle nestles in a tubular case hiding a relief map of old London. As for the fragrance, it revisits the hippie-era note of patchouli, blending it with elegant and charming delicate scents (seringa, lilac leaves, green woods).

Range

Eau de Parfum 3.4, 1.7 and 1 fl. oz.; Body lotion, 6.8 fl. oz.; Bath & Shower Gel, 6.8 fl. oz.

Bottle

In both the men’s and women’s versions, the bottle was inspired by an antique apothecary jar. Its rounded lines are highlighted by the deep red hue of the glass, at once lovely and lively.
