Description

Femme by Lagerfeld starts off on a sparkling note of green tangerine and lemon. A tangy touch of rhubarb opens onto middle note of narcissus, lily and pink peppercorn. Its woody end note of cedar and wild cherry are softened by a touch of musk.

History

Created by an American artist (Ces Lepage known for her vases), the bottle resembles a woman's stylized silhouette. Femme by Lagerfeld marks the renewal of this brand of high end ready-to-wear. A perfume of optimism, the floral fragrance is as young and joyful as the bottle. "Go beyond your past, to create you must break the rules", explains Karl Lagerfeld who, in keeping with his characteristic desire for innovation, has invented a dynamic and original perfume, "without equal", according to the advertising which expresses a fresh approach for the new millennium. Bottle

Playful and modern with the transparent Plexiglas, a black rubber cap, the stylized shape and an assortment of colors (green, orange or pink depending on the size), the bottle design is inspired by the silhouette of a woman: tall and slender for the 2.5 fl. oz bottle and seated or curled up for the 1.7 oz. and 1 oz. bottles.
