This is the obvious thing to do. Donate or gift it in any way possible — friends, family members, or women’s shelters. There will be somebody out there who’ll appreciate your no-longer-desired perfume more than you do.

Steam the Atmosphere with Perfume 

Putting perfume into boiling water would infuse the air with fragrance as the vapor rise from the hot water! The fragrant vapor will easily envelop any place, space, or environment you are in, or you can use a humidifier to make this work.

Make your Car Smell Good

Most of the time, people buy a car freshener, but you can skip those for now and use your perfume instead. Simply get your perfume, open it, and let the scent diffuse. Alternatively, you can spray it on a cloth, leave it in the car, or spray it on the seats.

Spray Perfume in your Bathroom

When preparing a bath, spritz perfume into the steam coming off the tap. Spray into the air directly before a hot shower, too. You’d essentially be producing an aromatherapy room. Mild floral, citrus (check the best smelling citrus perfumes for women) and fresh, crisp scents are recommended rather than overbearing scents.

Spray Perfume on Curtain

Curtain cloths can easily absorb a variety of scents. So spray perfume all over it, and your room will smell lovely for hours! This is my favorite method. I do so with perfume I still apply to myself!

There are probably more practical things to use to refresh the environment, but I admit I’ve sprayed perfume on top of my garbage before shutting the lid. I’ve yet to utilize it in my shoes, but it might prove a good alternative for those with smelly feet.

Make Your Business Cards Smell Good

Not just business cards but also invitation cards, money, and gifts. It’ll leave a good impression on the receiver and show your knack for details.  

Don’t spray the perfume directly on the paper. Spray it in the air and immediately run the cards or money through it.

Preferably on special occasions like a get-together. Once the light bulbs, lamps, and tube lights heat up, a mild scent will spread across the room. It’s not as overpowering as a diffuser, but it will mask any unpleasant smell in the room. 

Use Perfume While Washing Clothes 

The alcohol content in perfume is enough for clothes disinfecting yet not overmuch to damage them. Give the ready-to-wash clothes just one spray, or take out the cleaned clothes from the washer before the last cycle and soak them with a few drops.
