Onika starts with a fruity mix of pear, starfruit and mandarin. The floral heart is composed of water lily, orchid and osmanthus. The fragrance evolves towards a mix of sugar cane, cedar and musks.
History
After Pink Friday and Minajesty, Nicki Minaj introduces her third fragrance. The perfume was called Onika, because of her birth name (her real name is Onika Tanya Maraj). The singer explains that she wanted to share a more personal side of her with her fans. The bottle represents Nicki Minaj with a golden face, pink lips and dark hair.

Effectivement, je trouve aussi une similitude des flacons avec ceux de Jean-Paul Gauthier. Ces jus-là ne me tentent pas, mais il faut savoir que c'est le groupe Elizabeth Arden qui s'occupe de Nicki Minaj...

I love this perfume. Very strong in smell at first and has light sweet undertones. Stays on all day for me.

I'm not intrigued. I am sad that Nicki Minaj came so close to copying J P Gaultier's infamous bottle. she could have used a plain bottle for her perfume and for each scent use a different color hair and hairstyle!
