Annick Goutal’s Le Mimosa opens with anis and Florentine iris, two green notes that enhance mimosa blossom’s natural facets. In the heart, sun-drenched peach envelopes the mimosa in round fruitiness. In the trail, waves of white musks intertwine with a light woodsy thread of sandalwood
