A playful, fruity eau

Story

Number 10 in Cartier’s luxurious Les Heures de Parfum collection, L'Heure Folle (“The Wild Hour” or “The Hour of Folly”) is a fragrance that induces a sort of euphoria, ‘as if you were playing at being lucky’ while ‘you were searching for gourmand diamonds (…) of all the fruits of desire in carats’. Berries blend with tart fruits and sweet notes as well as sharper green ones. L’Heure Folle is a moment where anything goes, like ‘pouring champagne in your bath’. At Cartier boutiques.

Description

A very fruity eau, at least in the top notes, where red currant, pomegranate, blueberry, cassis and blackberry preen. Then the fruit’s sweetness gradually melts into an abstract floral blend with a striking green note, that some people might find a bit harsh, others more ‘grown-up’ for such a fruity creation.
