Allure Sensuelle, ‘the light of the Orient in a perfume’
Story
With Allure Sensuelle, Chanel makes ‘voluptuous’ rhyme with ‘luminous’. Conceived by Jacques Polge, the fragrance reveals its seductiveness with new notes like amber patchouli, a fine, powdery, voluptuous floral accord and spicy notes of frankincense and pink pepper. A more mysterious, carnal scent, incarnated by the charm of actress Anna Mouglalis.
Description
The fragrance is an interpretation of Allure that manages to be both intimate and carnal. Described as a sweet, floral oriental, it is built around six facets. Oriental: French vanilla, amber patchouli, a ‘sensual note’. Fresh: citrus. Timeless Floral: rose, jasmine, iris. Fruity: candied fruit. Woodsy: vetiver. Spicy-Solar: frankincense, pink pepper.
