Giorgio Armani presents Sensi, a flowery, woody Oriental that stimulates your senses. This new perfume for women aims for timeless elegance, “The overlaid notes complement each other, creating an admirable composition above and beyond fashion and olfactory trends”. Zhang Yimou, the Chinese filmmaker, plays with light, shadow and contrasting shapes as “his camera caresses a woman’s body, draped in a Giorgio Armani red crêpe dress” and stretched languidly on a table.

Story

“I feel, therefore I am,” is Giorgio Armani’s credo for this feminine fragrance. It is intended “for the women you remember rather than for those you simply notice”. This perfume is meant for archetypal Armani women: accomplished, refined, passionate, “in whom East and West meet”.

Description

This scent is not without a certain relationship to Giorgio Armani, because of the Oriental flavor. The overlaid notes complement each other, creating a timeless composition. The top note of fresh kaffir lime and Farnesi acacia, procures a feeling of silky comfort.In the middle, Cape jasmine brings a feminine touch, and orgeat, a meltingly mellow one.Rosewood, with its vanilla highlights, dominates the bottom note.

In accordance with its multi-sensory goal, the completely rounded Sensi bottle is as smooth to the touch as a piece of glass on the beach, polished by the sand and the sea. The frosted look suggests a fine veil laid over the bottle’s shoulders. The “gold” lettering for the brand and the name attract the eye on their transparent background of scent. The grooved metal cap rises like a column of light. The case’s shimmering, woven look was inspired by a Giorgio Armani dress.
