OFFICIAL RULES REWARD ACCOUNT BRONZE / SILVER / GOLD
ARTICLE 1: THE COMPANY
The Company:
OSMOZ c/o Adveris, registered with the RCS in PARIS, France, under number RCS 510 706 997; whose headquarters are located at 130 bd Haussmann - 75008 Paris FRANCE.
Puts into place a system of rewards for monthly subscribers to OSMOZ. Each month, each user can receive different allocations of rewards.
The geographical demarcation for this system of rewards is: worldwide.
ARTICLE 2 : RULES
The user who signs up to the site of their own accord, obtains a certain number of points, allowing him/her to be recognized and to benefit from the advantages associated with this recognition. These points will then give him/her the possibility of participating in a draw, or of winning certain defined gifts or prizes.
Outline of the points structure :
- Partial Registration : 50 points
- Completion of your Profile : 10 points for every new question answered, with a maximum of 300 points available for a completed registration.
- Completed Registration : 300 points
- Sharing ‘Content’ on a social network : 20 points
- Posting a comment: 50 points
- Micro-action: 20 points
Points are acquired, and are valid, without time limits.
Reward Level 1 (BRONZE):
Requirements and conditions to be met: must have 300 points (= a complete registration)
Reward Level 2 (SILVER):
Requirements and conditions to be met: must have 600 points (according to the points table)
Reward Level 3 (GOLD):
Requirements and conditions to be met: must have 2000 points
ARTICLE 3 : DATE AND DURATION
The game, organized by OSMOZ, will begin on the 22nd of October 2012 until the 30th of November 2012.
ARTICLE 4: CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION AND VALIDITY
This game is exclusively reserved for those members registered on the OSMOZ site and with a minimum of 300 points.
The organizing companies reserve the right to verify the identity and the address of the participants. Reimbursement of internet connection charges can be claimed for usage of up to 3 minutes, maximum (according to the current France Télécom tariff) simply by writing to OSMOZ, c/o Adveris – 130 bd Haussmann 75008 Paris, France (the cost of the stamp will be reimbursed if requested).
ARTICLE 5: APPOINTING THE WINNERS
A computerized random draw will appoint 20 winners from amongst the OSMOZ users with SILVER and GOLD profiles.
Each draw will take place at the end of each month, and 20 OSMOZ BOXES will be sent to the winners within the fortnight.
ARTICLE 6: APPOINTING THE PRIZES
The allocation of rewards begins once the user reaches Reward Level 2 (SILVER). The SILVER users (Reward Level 2) can participate in the prize draw to win an OSMOZ box.
There are 20 winners of an OSMOZ BOX, limited to 3 OSMOX BOXES per year, per person.
Once the user reaches Reward Level 3 (GOLD) he/she will be featured on OSMOZ (in the form of a description or a highlighting of his/her profile on the site or in the OSMOZ newsletter) within 6 months of obtaining the Reward Level.
The users benefitting from Reward Level 3 (GOLD) will also participate in draw for OSMOZ boxes, with a limit of three boxes to be won per person per year.
Each OSMOZ BOX costs 83 €
ARTICLE 7: INFORMATION OR PUBICATION OF WINNERS’ NAMES
The Organizing companies reserve the right, unless otherwise stated, to publish winners’ names and contact details for advertising and promotional purposes within the framework of this contest; winners may not file for any additional compensation for this. In accordance with the French Data Protection and Civil Liberties Law of January 6, 1978, participants have the right to access rectify and radiate their personal information by contacting OSMOZ, c/o Adveris – 130 bd Haussmann 75008 Paris, France.
ARTICLE 8: DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES
The prizes will be sent to the winners at the end of each month from the month of November 2012 until October 2013.
ARTICLE 9: PROMOTIONAL OPERATIONS
This game, organized by the OSMOZ site is not intended for promotional purposes.
ARTICLE 10: PERSONAL DATA
OSMOZ is committed to protecting any personal data given and to respecting the private life of the participants in the game.
OSMOZ pays special attention, as in the conditions stated by the Terms and Conditions, to the management of data collected upon registration as well as the comments and opinions given by the users. The body of data collected by OSMOZ is only what the user willingly provides during the registration of the game. This data is made up of a surname, first name, and an email address.
Only IP addresses and cookies, excluding all other data of a personal nature, are collected automatically during registration.
ARTICLE 11: RESPONSIBILITY
OSMOZis not responsible if a participant was accidentally disconnected by their internet provider or suffered a technical failure of any kind, hardware or software.
OSMOZ can not be held liable for damage of any kind (personal, physical, material, financial or otherwise) arising in connection with the participation of a player in the Game. Organizers will disqualify any entrant who goes against the spirit of the Game by trying to increase his chances of winning by any means whatsoever or fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the application.
ARTICLE 12: CASES OF ‘FORCE MAJEURE’
The organizing companies reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule this game or to substitute the prize with a prize of similar nature and value, if the circumstances are forced, without liability therefore.
The organizers reserve the right to monitor methods used by players (respect for intellectual property and other offenses under the Terms and Conditions of the application) and to prosecute in cases of proven forgery.
The Organizing Companies reserve the right to remove inappropriate comments (insulting, racist ...).
ARTICLE 13: COMPETENT JURISDICTION
Any litigation arising from the execution of the present “Conditions” or relative to the present “Conditions” will be submitted to the competent courts in Paris, France.
ARTICLE 14: LEGAL REGISTRATION AND CONSULTATION OF THE RULES
Any participation in this game implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present regulation, which is registered on the site deposezvosjeux.com under the control of “SCP GATIMEL ARMENGAUD GATIMEL MONTALEMBERT D’ESSE, Huissiers de Justice associés”, located at 40, rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, FRANCE, or can be obtained free of charge upon written request to OSMOZ c / o Adveris - 130 bd Haussmann 75008 Paris. The cost of the stamp used to request the rules may be reclaimed through a written request. Only one request per person (same name, same address) will be considered.
