The fragrance takes off with fruity notes ( pears) , citrus and aromatic to reveal a floral heart around the violet, osmanthus and mimosa . The base is more leathery, slightly suede , supported by vanilla and musks.
History
At the heart of this fragrance , the idea of olfactory memory , of the very strong link between memory and smell. The story of an intrepid traveler, Violet, who leaves , on his departure , her perfume to her lover , whom she already misses ... " I miss you , already , Violet ," he whispers . This fragrance around violet , Bertrand Duchaufour imagined it as a wink to the great Mitsouko and Après l’Ondée , which marked his perfumer life.
