Description
Closer starts with wild raspberries, water lily and an ozonic accord. The heart mingles a fougere accord with violet flowers and mimosa. The fragrance dries down into warm notes of vanilla and musks, mixed with woody notes of cedar, mahogony and cashmere woods.

History
Halle Berry introduces Closer. This scent blends mimosa, one of Halle’s favorite flower, with a traditional masculine fougere accord. ‘To me, scent has the power to trigger emotion and desire and this inspired the idea of creating the ultimate scent of attraction – a fragrance for women that is also intriguing and appealing to men’ explains the actress.

The rectangular and transparent bottle is adorned with curved stripes and reveals a golden juice.

This is a treat. The raspberries do not overwhelm and the ozonic notes don't overwhelm. They blend together nicely with vanilla and cedar. The cedar is so pleasant and there isn't too much of the vanilla. Excellent woody floral. I bought a bottle and wear it often. I must say I wasn't inspired to buy a Halle Berry scent, but I am glad I got this.

I like her idea of trying to create a wonderful woman's perfume that A MAN loves to smell. It sounds great. Will try it soon.

Je n'aime pas le mimosa aussi bien en bouquet qu'en parfumerie. C'est une fleur qui m'ai disposé, me pique le nez et me fait éternuer. Cette fragrance, elle n'est pas pour moi. Je ne l'essayerai pas lors de mon prochain voyage. Je la raye donc de ma liste.
