Description

Composed around Chinese Sambac jasmine, the top of this variation on Ange ou Démon reveals fruity notes, particularly with an apricot-y effect. The trail blends more honeyed and oriental scents.

When Chinese Sambac jasmine enhances Ange ou Démon…

History

The 2010 Sambac jasmine harvest from Guangxi, China, amplifies Ange ou Démon. For the sixth straight year, Givenchy is proposing an olfactory variation on four of their perfumes, composed around a flower that had an exceptionally good harvest that year. En 2011, Ange ou Démon has been reinterpreted around Chinese Sambac jasmine… The 2010 harvest was described as, “stressful, because it suffered first from drought then from heavy rains.’ But in the end, it had a rare and powerful olfactory quality. You can also look out for Turkish Damask Rose Very Irrésistible, Egyptian Neroli Organza and Comoran Ylang-ylang Amarige.

Range

Eau de Parfum 2 oz., Limited Edition.

Bottle

For the 2010 harvest, the cubic bottle with rounded edges comes nestled in a black setting with blue patterns inspired by toile de Jouy fabric.
