Cœur Couronné opens with floral and citrus tonalities provided by rose, jasmine and neroli. A veritable ode to davana, the heart unveils a fruity, syrupy, slightly aromatic scent. In the trail, the fragrance evolves towards a blend of woody and vanilla notes.
History
Cœur Couronné is a unisex scent from the imagination of Hervé Gambs. Known for his couture flowers, candles and home fragrances, the designer now presents fragrances for people, too. The juices are preserved from the light in coppery-golden cylindrical bottles that are meant to be emblematic of ‘haute perfumery for the 21st century.’ Composed around davana, a flowering plant that is relatively rare in perfumery, Cœur Couronné (‘Crowned Heart’) is ‘an aristocratic scent to be worn sparingly so as not to make yourself giddy.’ For more information: hervegambs.com

Le davana est une plante avec une odeur fruitée, liquoreuse. On peut l’utiliser pour créer des notes abricot, pêche mais aussi whisky. Ici on sent bien le davana, avec un effet abricoté. Le parfum a également un petit côté olive qui est amusant. C’est une création originale.

ll n'y a rien de mal a etre pris de vertige. Sounds like I'd love spritzing this scent over and over. Davana is so very sweet, it is perfect to lighten up the scents of rose and jasmine. Put neroli in the mix and Herve Gambs has created two new scents that I want to try soon.
