Love, Chloé

First impression…nose

Golden base, bottle with rounded edges… Love, Chloé’s elegant silhouette will catch your eye and draw your hand to it. Clasping it is like a caress, the soft curves snuggle against your palm. The pleasure of picking it up will make you want to do it every day!
Everyone knows love can make you fall head over heels… Not to worry: a thin chain – half-jewelry, half-functional – attaches the cap to the bottle in fine style. You can be sure that this “Love” is not going to lose its head!
Another connector is the comma between “Love” and “Chloé” that turns it into the signature on a love letter. What’s more, the comma is like a symmetrical counterpoint to the accent on Chloé. This new chapter is clearly steeped in the spirit of Chloé. Natural, powdery hues, soft curves and chic details: it’s got Chloé’s signature alright!

On a scent strip, Love is like a novel: after all, on paper, love is entertaining, it can be pretty and well-written, but it stays outside us. On your skin, though, Love is a story told in the flesh, a unique and singular romance! So forget about paper, let’s dive into the delights of a fragrance that ranges from luminous yellow to sensual beige as it frolics to the beat of your pulse. That way, we’ll avoid the simplistic floral aspect of a retro bouquet, because the old-fashioned facet falls away as soon as fragrance and skin embrace.
“It’s for your inner woman”… Who needs fire-engine red or electric blue now? Eyes have long been caught, the subtler attraction of nude skin is enough now. By the same token, you don’t need a perfume that screams look-at-me any more either. You’ve found Love, and you can cultivate it in privacy, on your skin. But that “pinkish-beige means we know each other intimately” shade won’t diminish the story’s intensity in the least; good things, including sweet liqueurs strong enough to turn heads, come in small bottles!

Heart to heart… Heart, Base

The first sniff catches a round little bouquet… so round you’ll think it’s a peach: soft and sweet. Flowers are braided into a cocoon heart; perfectly intertwined, they draw us from one to the other and back again. Wisteria crops up, lilac is already there. An enveloping specter, swinging from sunny gold to pearly pink.
The plot thickens when Orange blossom stands out from the rest, drawing a vaporous trail of white musk behind it, creating a light, cottony refuge for yourself and your loved one. A few almondy reflects blending bitterness and honeyed notes support this flight of fancy with powdery unctuousness. But everything’s not in the pink! Iris’s green woodsiness sculpts this passage, granting it depth and strength. The chiseled softness accompanies the orange-blossom facet with a firm hand as it evolves from baby-musky to lacy-musky for sensual femininity.
The light, chic veil lingers on the skin, first plunging you into a cloud of loose powder, then following the sculpted lines of compact powder. Your nose quivers between an airy and a creamy trail. The perpetrators of this waxy plot: heliotropine and lilac, with their balsamic-vanilla notes.

The third party in a Waltz for 2

Just like love… attraction is vital. Here it’s so strong that you’ll catch your nose leaning towards your skin to catch a whiff of scent: coming closer, pulling away… and coming back to enjoy it all the more.
Just like love… playing hide-and-seek, or hard to get, is exciting, and the range of facets adds to the charm: a bouquet of flowers for romance; a hint of almond for substance, and a dash of powder for elegance.
Just like love… you wish it were even stronger and more passionate. But if it were, would we find it overwhelming, and get fed up? It’s tough to strike a balance between passion and fusion, isn’t it?

All in all, I can say, “I Love, Chloé”!
