Over the last few years, black has featured in many fragrances, for both men and women. While we used to think it was just a fad, in fact, it has turned into a creative trend with legs. From one designer to another, ‘black’ or ‘noir’ has meant olfactory mystery, decadence, subtlety, imagination, darkness and even light. Aside from their luminous absence of color, all of these products have one obvious thing in common: they stimulate consumers’ desire. Perhaps black is the essential color of luxury? |
