Date: 03.01.2010
After the successful re-release of Gardenia, Extract of Limes, Eau de Verveine and Night Scented Stock, this spring, British niche brand Penhaligon’s will be re-releasing 2 more fragrances in their Anthology line. The citrusy formula for the 1927 classic ‘Eau de Cologne’ is unchanged (orange, lemon, bergamot, neroli and rosemary), while the 1976 scent ‘Orange Blossom,’ has been re-orchestrated by perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour. On the menu: neroli, violet, bergamot, citron, cardamom, pink pepper, orange, Egyptian jasmine, tuberose, rose, peach blossom, orchid, sandalwood, Virginia cedar, white musk and vanilla. The brand has announced that two more re-releases will be coming soon to complete the Anthology collection, which will be comprised of a total of 12 fragrances in 2011. Eau de Cologne and Orange Blossom are presented as unisex scents in 3.4-oz. bottles for 110 euros. Launch: March 29, 2010
