Two new men are becoming faces of fragrances: Fendi wil... Go
Deep Purple Cassis, Pink Pepper, Herbaceous Coriander
Black Iris, Violet Leaf Absolute, Garden Heliotrope
Wild Orris Root, Earthy Vetiver, Woody Notes, White Musk
Inspired by Jordan, its deserts and its legendary city of Petra, Petrana is a scent that was dreamt up by the NY-based concept store Odin. In Nordic mythology, Odin is the god of victory and of knowledge. Petrana is a fragrance that evokes a journey through a Jordanian landscape covered in blooming black flowers. The fragrance is composed around black iris, granting a powdery facet. In certain civilizations, iris was traditionally a symbol of royalty and power. Petrana is a voyage to ‘a legendary country’.
A floral woodsy composition, Petrana opens with a fruity-spicy note of pink pepper and cassis. The heart unveils a green and floral facet blending violet-leaf absolute with heliotrope. The woody, slightly earthy trail pairs a vetiver accord with a powdery facet of orris root (a.k.a. iris root). Perfumer: Jean-Claude Deville, Drom.
Eau de Toilette 3.4 oz.
The square, smoky-glass Petrana bottle reveals an amber-hued juice and is topped with a round black cap. Set in a stunning package, the bottle nestles like a jewel in black foam rubber. The name of the fragrance is engraved in a darker shade of black in the bottom-right corner of the bottle.
