Two new men are becoming faces of fragrances: Fendi wil... Go
Cassis, Green Leaves, Citrus, Pink Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom
Woody Notes, Eucalyptus, Balms, Resins
To celebrate 50 years of fragrant creation, Diptyque is paying tribute to the address where it all began: 34 boulevard Saint Germain, Paris. The house chose to work with ‘scent hunter’ Roman Kaiser to capture the fragrance of their mythical boutique. Between the heady scent of the candles and lingering reminiscences of the fragrances, Diptyque managed to isolate four main “blocks” of odors, inspiring them to create ‘a complex and innovative signature.’ A lush, full-bodied fragrance for him or her, also available in a range of products for the home.
This fragrance signed Diptyque opens on a green cassis note enhanced with a cascade of spices: clove, cinnamon, cardamom and more… The heart unveils a blend of rose and other flowers. The scent’s lush base intertwines waves of woods with resins and balsamy notes. Perfumer: Olivier Pescheux, Givaudan.
Eau de Toilette 1.7 and 3.4 oz.; Scented Soap 7 oz.; Scented Candle 7.7 oz.; Home fragrance spray 3.4 oz; Scented Oval.
For the occasion, Diptyque’s signature square bottle has been set aside. The sleek ‘34’ bottle is more rounded. Graced with the house’s flagship address – 34, boulevard Saint Germain – engraved like a seal on the black magnetic cap. The spray tube is wrapped in a weave of black and white threads.
