In 1998, Davidoff launched Cool Water, a men’s scent that was a stunning, unexpected international success. Six years later, men have changed, and Davidoff has created Deep, a free-spirited, harmonious fragrance for today’s man. Fresher and not as aquatic, it creates a sensation of elegant refinement. The scent, which is both deeper and more serene, is presented as an interior voyage through light, like a diver coming up from the depths towards the surface.
The fragrance, born from the imagination of the perfumer Nathalie Lorson (Firmenich), picks up the unusual masculine freshness of Cool Water, while breathing a modern, elegant new dimension into it. The fragrance takes flight on notes of aqueous cactus and dynamic, juicy fruits. The heart is aromatic and spicy, thanks to the presence of sclary sage and resiny notes. The drier base blends warm notes of exotic woods, rock-rose and musk.

The new signature bottle designed by Thierry de Bashmakoff calls to mind the movement of a wave, and is made out of polished, transparent-blue glass topped with a band of matte metal.
