Nina Ricci (1883-1970) was a French designer with Italian roots. Obsessed with fashion from her teens, she founded her own couture house in 1932, with the help of her son, Robert. The success of her couture collections snowballed after World War II, and in 1948, the house launched L’Air du Temps, which remains a classic to this day. They went on to launch many more fragrant creations with the house’s signature style blending poetry, femininity and grace: Deci-Delà, Les Belles, Premier Jour, Love in Paris, Nina.
