The masculine elegance of black iris flower
Story
After the feminine ‘FERRE Eau de Parfum’, GianFranco Ferré wanted to pursue his vision of modern luxury with a masculine alter-ego fragrance. For FERRE For Men, he chose ‘a distinctly mannish ingredient’ : black iris flower. An original variety ‘growing wild in desert lands of the Middle East, near the Dead Sea’. The woody floral fragrance expresses a ‘thoroughly virile strength, an irresistibly seductive message’.
Description
The head note blends green iris leave with provençal lavender and refreshing pineapple. The heart mixes black iris flower with other Mediterranean flowers. The woody-powdery base reveals iris root, tonka bean and musks.
