The House of Gianfranco Ferré is bringing traditional elegance back into fashion with Bergamotto Marino (‘Marine Bergamot’), a chic eau de Cologne with a rich and sunny unisex fragrance. A typically Mediterranean character paired with the energy and vivacity of marine bergamot, for a fresh but sophisticated eau de Cologne. In Gianfranco Ferré boutiques and selected points of sale.
The luminous and sparkling top note gets its strength from marine bergamot, which grows by the shores of the Ionian Sea. “Its fruit is imbued with oceanic scents carried on the coastal winds towards the Messina Straits.” The floral, sensual heart note is enlivened with lily-of-the-valley, orange blossom and Egyptian jasmine. The close reveals woody impressions of mahogany and oak moss, highlighted by seaweed, ambergris and musk. Created by Pierre Bourdon.
