Two new men are becoming faces of fragrances: Fendi wil... Go
Tangerine, Rose, Honeysuckle
Jasmine, Tahitian Flower, Peony
The house of Burberry has created ‘London’ in order to ‘capture the spirit of the city: vibrant, exciting and entertaining’. The fragrance is a classic floral bouquet with an off-beat tone, a laid-back elegance and an oh-so British fashion sense. The ad campaign is the brainchild of the artistic director of Burberry, Christopher Bailey, in collaboration with photographer Mario Testino. It presents British actress Rachel Weisz in a ‘photo album’ of ‘intimate and romantic snapshots of London life’.
This floral creation’s opening is punctuated with luminous waves of rose and honeysuckle underscored with a fruity touch. The white-flower heart blends the warmth of jasmine and Tahitian flower with a peony note. The fragrance’s refined allure is crowned with a trail of musky woods. Perfume Designer: Dominique Ropion.
Eau de Parfum, 1, 1.7 and 3.4 fl. oz.; Delicate Floral Shower Gel, 5 fl. oz.; Delicate Floral Body Lotion, 5 fl. oz.
A bottle with a strong, pure design. A rectangle of glass garbed in cloth, Burberry’s signature plaid, of course. The packaging echoes the pattern and has a cloth logo – like a clothing label – with the fragrance’s name. Design: Fabien Baron.
