Since the house has not communicated the list of the fragrance’s ingredients, the following description and pyramid are based on our own olfactory interpretation. The creator has only acknowledged an accord oud ‘done his way,’ i.e. paired with some floral facets: some bloggers have divined a magnolia note.… other sites mention chocolate, tonka bean, cinnamon or sandalwood tonalities. The fragrance definitely possesses something of a spicy-oriental character. But it also has a smokier facet, like a cross between leather and patchouli. Perfumer: Alessandro Gualtieri.

China White is a powerful fragrance in which you can detect a slightly dirty, animal-like leathery-chypre-y base, transcended by a rich note of flowers, probably tuberose, perhaps softened with rose.
