COMPLETE OFFICIAL RULES OF THE GAME CONTEST
“Join Club osMoz before September 30th 2009”
The OSMOZ c/o Firmenich Company, registered with the Registre du Commerce et de Sociétés in NANTERRE, FRANCE under number RCS B572 020 253, whose Head Office is located at 41-43, rue de Villers 92200 NEUILLY SUR SEINE, FRANCE organizes a free contest. No purchase is necessary. The contest is entitled " Join Club osMoz before September 30th 2009 ".
Promotional period begins on :
March 16th ,2009 and ends up to and including September 30th, Midnight 2009 (French Time).
Contest is open to all people who aren’t osMoz Club Members. Only one entry per household (same name and same address). OSMOZ and Firmenich staff and their relatives are not eligible.
To take part, participants have to complete the Club osMoz registration questionnaire, and then click on the link to validate their registration before September 30th 2009 midnight, (French time). Entries with incomplete or inaccurate information, or submitted after the promotional period are void.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify participants’ identity and address.
Internet connection costs (maximum three minutes) will be refunded upon request. Amount of refund is based on current France Télécom rates. Postage will also be refunded upon request at the lowest current rate. To request refund, write to:

DRAWINGS
A random drawing of eligible entries left on the site will be computing.
The prize draw will pick 25 winners:
The first 10 winners will receive a bottle of fragrance of their choice, for a value of 50 euros / 60 US$ maximum
The next 15 winners will get an exclusive osMoz flash drive (a cash value can not be attributed for this prize).
NOTIFICATION
The winners will be notified by e-mail sent to the addresses shown on the entry form.
The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or postpone the contest or to substitute the prize with another prize of equal value and nature under special circumstances without any liability to participants.
The Sponsor reserves the right, unless otherwise stated, to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, winners’ names and address for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation. In accordance with the Data protection and civil liberties law of January 6, 1978, participants have the right to access or modify any personal information. By entering the contest, participants agree to comply fully with the present official contest rules. The official contest rules are posted at the Law Offices of Mr. Manceau, located at 130 rue Saint Charles, 75015 PARIS FRANCE. Postage will be refunded upon written request (official standard rate).
