Description
Limon Verde combines regular lime and key lime – the latter’s essence was worked to accentuate its dazzle and vivacity. The sweetness of cane sugar creates an unusual contrast after the sparkling opening. And to evoke the tropical jungle, the fresh heart of the fragrance pairs green and aquatic notes. Tonka bean provides lush, warm notes to finish the composition. Perfumer: Thierry Wasser.
History
Limon Verde is part of the Aqua Allegoria collection of light eaux, with which Guerlain has showcased freshness and nature every year since 1999. A journey to the heart of exoticism, Limon Verde is inspired by the caipirinha to evoke, ‘the dance-filled exuberance of a Brazilian party.’ You’ll recognize the collection’s signature bottle.
