A fragrance inspired by Elizabeth Taylor's iconic violet eyes

History

Elizabeth Taylor’s timeless beauty has always been highlighted by her violet eyes. Those surprising violet eyes inspired the fragrance. "I love floral fragrances, and wanted Violet Eyes to make women feel beautiful, sophisticated, and sensual. It was a great joy to create Violet Eyes with a bouquet of fragrance notes that I adore, carefully fine-tuning every aspect of it. Everything, down to the last detail, comes from my heart and my soul. I send this fragrance into the world with love..." says Elizabeth Taylor. Violet Eyes is a creation of perfumer Carlos Benaim who already imagined Elizabeth Taylor’s besteller fragrance White Diamonds. Violet Eyes is feminine with a touch of sophistication and mystery.

This fragrance is delightful and, to me, ET's best one. I found a bottle of it with some bubble bath at t.j.maxx for $15…WHAT A DEAL! I think it is the Cedarwood that really makes Violet Eyes "pop" for me.

Nobody has violet eyes, but I would like to. A tester for sure.
