Description
Eau de Lavande opens with notes of coriander, nutmeg and cinnamon leaf. A selection of lavender and lavandin essences intertwine in the heart. Then the fragrance gradually evolves towards a woody dry down.
History
After Eau Rose and Eau Mohéli Eau de Lavande is Diptyque’s latest floral eau. The house decided to grant Provence’s emblematic plant all the respect it deserves… despite the many ‘off-hand interpretations’ it has been subjected to. The elliptical bottle is graced with an oval label that is embellished with lavender blossoms.

I always look for lavender perfumes. Diptyque has remarkable lasting power. They are great for layering and I'd layer this over a Jo Malone lavender scent.

Des lavandes il y en a à foison et certaines fort jolies (même si ce n'est pas ce que je préfère en parfumerie). L'objectif de Dyptique sur une certaine réhabilitation de la lavande me parait prétentieux et assez méprisable pour ses concurrents...
