Story
This bold new scent could only have been launched by an audacious young designer.
Wanting to revolutionize the fashion and perfume worlds of the 80s, Thierry Mugler went fearlessly into unexplored territory.
The fragrance of Angel -- a tapestry of olfactory emotions, childhood memories and peals of carefree laughter -- is like a fun fair, with its odors of cotton candy, chocolate, and sugared almonds. A mouth-watering treat!
When the perfume was first introduced, the original ad campaign showed Estelle Halliday on the roof of a New York skyscraper. Then came Jerry Hall, sheathed in a tight-fitting silver-embroidered dress, on the white sands of the New Mexican desert.
Description
The light and airy transparent top note is followed by a fruity combination (passion fruit, pineapple and peach).The heady, mouth-watering end note, based on patchouli with a hint of chocolate, and culminating with honey, vanilla and caramel is sure to please anyone with a sweet tooth!
Range
Bottle
The original idea was a blue-tinted fragrance in a star-shaped bottle.Angel is a world of emotions; the bottle was designed by master glassmakers using semi-handmade methods to produce one-of-a-kind vessels, no two of which are ever exactly alike!
Stars, a symbol of light and happiness, illuminate our nights. And, "Angels are messengers between heaven and earth!" adds Thierry Mugler.
The star bottle can be refilled at perfume stores.
