Blush Intense by Marc Jacobs

The boldly chic sensuality of an elixir of jasmine

If you’re a fan of the radiantly provocative sensuality of jasmine, you’ll be thrilled with Blush Intense. Especially for you, Marc Jacobs, in partnership with perfume designer Steve de Mercado, has come up with a scent combining ‘unique accords of jasmine and musky tones that underline the delicacy and mystery of an explosively sensual fragrance.’ The ad campaign has the model and friend of the designer Guinevere, with a falsely innocent expression that ‘lets you know she’s no ingenue’: ‘Blush Intense is definitely not for women who want to stay in the background.’

Eau de Parfum, 3.4 and 1.7 fl. oz.

A jasmine soliflore with top notes of fresh petals, vines and nectar. The radiant heart of Moroccan jasmine essence is paired with genet absolute and orange blossom. The voluptuous base notes blend wood and white cashmere, musk and sandalwood.

The Blush bottle, a chunk of glass with rounded corners and a powdery finish, is adorned with a touch of electric black that can also be found in the cap and in the calligraphy of the word, ‘Intense’.
