Created by an American artist (Ces Lepage known for her vases), the bottle resembles a woman's stylized silhouette. Femme by Lagerfeld marks the renewal of this brand of high end ready-to-wear. A perfume of optimism, the floral fragrance is as young and joyful as the bottle. Femme by Lagerfeld starts off on a sparkling note of green tangerine and lemon. A tangy touch of rhubarb opens onto middle note of narcissus, lily and pink peppercorn. Its woody end note of cedar and wild cherry are softened by a touch of musk.
Playful and modern with the transparent Plexiglas, a black rubber cap, the stylized shape and an assortment of colors (green, orange or pink depending on the size), the bottle design is inspired by the silhouette of a woman: tall and slender for the 2.5 fl. oz bottle and seated or curled up for the 1.7 oz. and 1 oz. bottles.
