Sweet with a touch of bitterness, Eau de gentiane blanche is a unisex eau being launched for the 30th anniversary of Hermès’s famous Eau d’orange verte. Rare in perfumery, gentian root is more often used for its medicinal qualities and in preparing liqueurs.
