The precious threads of life
Story
Life Threads is a collection of three perfumes inspired by three precious metals: gold, platinum and silver. Each bottle is wrapped with filaments of the metal whose name the fragrance interprets. The threads are meant as a metaphor for the “countless possibilities of women’s lives.” Like the brand’s cosmetics, these perfumes are high end, intended for refined, demanding women who are looking for rare and luxurious items. www.laprairie.com
Description
Life Threads SILVER is a woodsy floral with notes of: bergamot, leaves, tuberose, chili pepper, jasmine, orange blossom, ylang-ylang, sandalwood, vetiver, musk and peppery moss.
Life Threads PLATINUM is a chypre-floral with notes of: violet leaf, galbanum, plum, jasmine, rose, leather, cardamom, iris, patchouli, vetiver, amber, moss and labdanum.
The following olfactory pyramid is for Life Threads GOLD, a spicy oriental.
All three perfumes were designed by Constance Georges-Picot, from Cosmo International.
