Hi there, I love this website, but I often find it to be a bit confusing, I think that it is possibly because it was made in Europe or something and maybe some of it is being lost in translation or I am just not use to navigating this type of site but I guess that is the issue, it is kinda difficult to navigate, for instance, I received an email saying that I am a "vip member" and that if I do some things on here I will win a prize, but I have no idea where to go on here to do what I need to do, like I would love to rate a fragrance on here, but I have looked everywhere and have no idea where to find this section, also, I have been on this website for over an hour and I am very confused, it is a very unorganized website. Hi, I too am having problems with this website,specifically in the 'my profile' area.I tried to send an email,but it was returned. I just tried to modify my profile in the area of community services.However,I am unable to select from the list.The problem is the area to check is not accessible. However,as I stated in my first post,the area I'm having problems with is in the Community services wepage,which I reached by clicking modify.The webpage is messed up,which you will see if you go there.Part of the text on the page is missing,& also the area where you can check the areas you want.
