I recently had to make that decision and, oh, it was so hard, not least because I'm travelling for a year or two. I couldn't possibly take just one. In the end I decided on: Coco - Chanel 24, Faubourg - Hermes Byzance - Rochas & Azzemour - Crabtree and Evelyn And I've also bought a few bottles as well since I've been away

It depends where am I going to vacation. If it's seaside and summer - Dior sweet sun and Gaultier2, if it's mountain and winter - Angel le lys and Sicily, if it's seaside and winter:-))) just kidding... But it would be really hard to pick up just one...

If I am very limited for space in my packing, then I'll assume that I'll be able to buy one of my favourites while I'm away. If the whole holiday is going to be away from perfumeries, AND with limited space, then I'll rely on WHITE MUSK as an oil as it lasts longer and is an any season fragrance - for me anyway!
