Vivienne Westwood is inspired by the storybook Alice

The heroine of Lewis Caroll’s ‘Alice in Wonderland’ offers an endless source of inspiration. After the Tim Burton film that came out this past spring, it’s stylist Vivienne Westwood’s turn to retell Alice’s famous tale. As revisited by the designer, Alice turns into Naughty Alice. Illustrator Maly Siri has drawn an Alice that reflects the English designer’s style, with a touch of whimsy, too. In olfactory terms, Naughty Alice is described as a powdery-musky floriental with a black rose at its heart. Launching in October in selected countries.
