Iris, rose, violet and orange blossom… Over the past year or so, flower notes have made a remarkable entry into men’s fragrances. Paired until now with wood notes, this spring they are being paired with solar accents. A certain floriental freshness pairing orange blossom to balmy, woody, fresh notes that can be found in two recent releases for men: Fleur du Mâle by Jean Paul Gaultier, more aromatic, and Fahrenheit 32 by Dior (photo), more oriental. A masculine softness that may well entice some women, too.
