Chandler Burr Inaugurates Fragrance Reviews

Scent Strip is a new column published in “T”, a supplement to the New York Times. In it, journalist-author Chandler Burr (see our special USA issue) has decided to transgress ‘the critical taboo’ about fragrance, and will be grading a wide selection of perfumes and fragrances, both new and old.Inaugurated late August, the column will appear regularly in “T”. Scores in the first review: Rose Barbare (Guerlain): 3*, Pomegranate Noir (Jo Malone): 2* and Bigarade Concentrée (Frederic Malle): 4*. Can’t wait to see what comes next!
