Art & Fragrance acquires Lalique

The Swiss group Art & Fragrance recently announced that it has bought luxury house Lalique S.A. from the Pochet group. The 44m-euro deal will allow Art & Fragrance, which already owns the fragrances Grès, Jaguar and Alain Delon, to strengthen its position in the prestige-fragrance sector and to broaden its activities in the luxury field. The group has announced that thanks to several successful launches in recent years, Lalique Parfums increased sales by almost 15% in 2007.
