Armenian paper, a trendy note

Waves of benzoin, smoky notes and balmy resins: Armenian paper is at the heart of two different fragrances this fall. It even gives its name to Bois d’Armenie, a woodsy Oriental created by Annick Menardo for the House of Guerlain. The note also appears discreetly in Nez à Nez’s fragrance Atelier d’artiste. Those who enjoy scenting their home with Armenian paper will be thrilled with the Papier d’Armenie collectible (photo), revisited by fragrance designer Francis Kurkdjian.
