A classic, revisited
Story
Powdery and aldehyde-y, N°8 is a fragrance in L’Artisan Parfumeur’s Mon Numéro (“My Number”) collection. This unisex line, which doesn’t include a N°2 or a N°5, was dreamt up ‘for the pleasure of collectors’ and fans of beautiful essences. According to the house, Fragrance N°8 is redolent of e luxury… like a cashmere stole draped around a lady’s bare shoulders in a box at the opera. Description
The scent opens with an aldehyde effect, thanks to coriander. Notes of carrot and candied apricot are also part of the blend of top notes. The floral-powdery heart is a big bouquet of iris, violet, rose, cassia blossom, mimosa, jasmine and narcissus. The musky-vanilla trail grants the fragrance a cocoon effect. Perfumer: Bertrand Duchaufour.
