Chant de Bois is a unisex fragrance despite being described as feminine. There are masculine qualities to this fragrance that will men can appreciate. It is fresh, diffusive with longevity. It garners compliments and is quite modern with no harsh edges. The woody notes dominate and are quite comforting. For me, it is more of a daytime casual fragrance with general appeal. I bought mine at Anthropologie. Le Labo can be quite creative!
