Cristobal by Balenciaga is one of my personal favorites. It may not go down in history as highly rated as the legendary Shalimar; however, I still give it 5 stars. This scent represents the soft and feminine side of the classic well put together woman. Vanilla and spice give the right amount of warmth, but not heavy. Floral jasmine gives it's feminine quality, but not too floral. The overall composition comes together nicely in a warm, powdery scent that does not dominate. This fragrance makes me think of a picture perfect garden wedding on a warm summer's day surrounded by loved ones, laughing with friends, and radiating an inner joy. Simply put, it makes me think of real inner beauty.
