Two new men are becoming faces of fragrances: Fendi wil... Go
Jasmine, Spices, Plum Note
Bottega Veneta (‘Venetian Workshop’ in English) is an Italian luxury house specialized in braided leather. This is their first fragrance, christened simply Bottega Veneta. Described by the house as a leather-and-floral chypre scent, Bottega Veneta was inspired by the Venetian countryside. A ‘vision bathed in the heat of the sun, and humming with the song of cicadas,’ the house explains.
The fairly citrusy opening is composed of bergamot and pink pepper. Then the fragrance gets lusher, with a heart blending jasmine, spices and a plum note. The trail braids together patchouli, moss and leather. Perfumer: Michel Almairac, Robertet.
Eau de Parfum 1, 1.7 and 2.5 oz.; Body Cream 6.8 oz.; Body Lotion 6.8 oz.; Shower Gel 6.8 oz.
The sleek, uncluttered nude-tone bottle is adorned with a leather ribbon.
Received a bottle of this as a gift, have used it a lot. A lovely, feminine leather scent. Like a lipstick that goes everything. Smells rich but not too overpowering. More
