While I try not to be moved by packaging, the tattoo motif rocks me. I have done some motorcycling (behind my own handlebars and staring at the DOT* emblem on the back of somebody else's helmet [the latter's more difficult]). I've been around huge numbers of bikers capable of various levels of violence, generosity, sentimentality, and riding skill. This smells like the gals at the local HOG Chapter (Harley Owners Group) Leather and Lace Christmas Ball. More specifically, the Ladies Room at the Casa Loma Ballroom on Cherokee Street about 11:30 PM before the cigarette smoke gets too thick. The dimly lit mystery in there is a blend of sexiness and naivete.
Hearts & Daggers is a poem. An olfactory subculture anthem. I might have to buy this one for the packaging and the souvenir value.
For the sake of the respected OzMoz reviewer, I include the information that "rIding bitch" is prevalent American biker slang for the act of riding as a passenger with another biker. It is applied to male or female. This review is for the woman version of Hearts & Daggers. I am not clear on whether women are the Hearts or the Daggers.
*DOT stands for Department of Transportation (a rating to designate adequate construction of a helmet for purposes of safety mandated by law in some states).
